Job Title: Mobile Radiologic Technologist (Mobile X-Ray / EKG)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an autonomous, patient-focused Mobile Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality mobile Diagnostic X-Ray and EKG services across nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and residential settings. In this role, you will operate portable digital radiography (DR) equipment, perform ordered diagnostic examinations, and transmit images for radiologist interpretation—delivering vital care with high autonomy and scheduling flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $45.00 – $50.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile Imaging Services: Transport, unload, and operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment inside care facilities and private residences to perform physician-ordered X-rays.
• Diagnostic Quality: Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images and transmit them promptly to Radiologists for interpretation.
• EKG Testing: Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to Cardiologists for reading.
• Documentation & Operations: Scan and transmit daily exam paperwork/billing records; maintain regular communication with dispatch and management teams.
• Equipment & Vehicle Care: Maintain portable X-ray equipment, monitoring instruments, and assigned mobile vehicle in clean, safe operating condition.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education & Credentials:

  • Active ARRT Certification [Required] (Limited radiography licenses are not accepted) .
  • Active State Radiologic Technologist License or eligibility to obtain [Required] .

• Motor Vehicle & Logistics:

  • Active, valid Driver’s License in good standing [Required] .
• Physical Requirements: Ability to push/pull and maneuver portable X-ray equipment weighing between 50–100 lbs (utilizing vehicle ramps and pulleys where applicable).
• Core Competencies: High operational autonomy, excellent interpersonal communication, technical imaging proficiency, and strong patient care skills across diverse clinical settings.
