NOW ACCEPTING INTEREST FOR AN UPCOMING LIVE-IN CAREGIVER POSITION

Senior Helpers may have an upcoming  Live-In Caregiver opportunity, and we are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who understand what this role truly involves.

A live-in caregiver is  not simply someone who stays in the home waiting until a client asks for help. This position requires someone who is proactive, attentive, and willing to be an active part of the client's daily care and household.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Medication reminders
• Companionship
• Caring for pets (when applicable)
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized home

We're looking for caregivers who:

• Are comfortable adapting to each client's routines and preferences.
• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done.
• Are willing to cook, clean, do laundry, assist with personal care, provide transportation, and help with other daily tasks as needed.
• Understand that every client and family has different expectations and are willing to work within those expectations.
• Are dependable, motivated, and take pride in providing exceptional care.

Please note: This is  not a position for someone looking to spend most of the day relaxing in their room or only assisting when specifically asked. Live-in caregivers are expected to actively contribute to the client's care, anticipate needs, and help keep the household running smoothly throughout the day.
