Project Manager – Commercial & Residential Real Estate
Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Salary based on experience
Immediate availability preferred
A local real estate development company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction, renovation, and property improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the owner to establish priorities and provide daily updates
- Coordinate contractors, estimates, materials, permits, and inspections
- Monitor job-site progress, quality, costs, and schedules
- Review building plans, scopes of work, estimates, and invoices
- Maintain organized project records
- Coordinate Memphis and Shelby County permit and inspection requirements
- Make occasional Environmental Court appearances
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, construction, renovation, and real estate
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and general building systems
- Knowledge of Memphis and Shelby County codes, permits, and inspections
- Ability to read and understand building plans
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- References available upon request
