Warehouse Material Handler Lead - Weekend

Position Summary U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. Schedule: Friday - Sunday from 6:00am - 6:30pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. FULL TIME POSITION, FRIDAYS ARE MANDATORY. Job Responsibilities Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment Remain on the move, working on your feet for extended periods and working overtime as needed Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures Onboard and train new hires Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts Handle adjustments, returns, shortages, and other inventory controls Assist with e-commerce and will call as needed Additional duties as requested by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations Our Benefits Competitive wages starting at $25/hr Weekly pay Work boot reimbursement Health care benefits available the first day on the job 401(k) with generous employer contribution and match Paid vacation, sick time and holidays On‑the‑job training and skill development Tuition reimbursement Employee discount programs Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical demands: frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional lifting up to 80 pounds, and exerting a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires. Operate equipment safely with or without accommodation. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL. Work may involve weather exposure, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires and lubricants. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally Ability to exert pushing force up to 40 pounds Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment Compliance with company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines Forklift certification Willingness to work overtime as needed Follow instructions and safe operating procedures Teamwork ability Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC / marijuana)
