Ping Architect/Admin/Engineer


Addison, TX/Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid, Onsite 3 days/week)


6+ months Contract

Top requirements:

• Must have ping fed and ping access
• Wants someone with policy creation and policy fragments
• Needs to Understand the inner workings of ping fed and access- how it runs on the servers and where the files are located - reason is bc the auto team is auto the build and lay down of fresh ping without copying it - no one understands the ins and out- need to know where the Jar files and xml files are on the server
• Will be writing policy for 6 months - he needs KT so teaching is an option as well if we find a dev who is okay with teaching team members the policy pieces that is fine!
• Project? Moving to containers and doing segmentation
• This person will get to redesign and re archit the policy trees- the thing fragments do?- it gives you policy code blocks that you can plug in (library) call a fragment instead of rewriting it

Could also look for: Sr Ping admin - they typically understand the tweaks and tuning of the console
