Maintenance Manager

Overview Opti Staffing Group is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Manager to oversee facility and equipment maintenance operations for one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, managing a skilled maintenance team, and upholding safety and compliance standards. Pay Range: $43.27 – $49.04 per hour, DOE Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance activities including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs Manage, schedule, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies Oversee maintenance budgets, control costs, and manage vendor/contractor relationships Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify repair and improvement needs Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inventory of parts and supplies Collaborate with operations, safety, and management teams to minimize downtime Respond to urgent maintenance issues promptly and effectively Drive a company vehicle to perform site visits and oversee field maintenance as needed Qualifications Demonstrated experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role (required) Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Must pass a pre-employment background check (required) Must pass a pre-employment drug test (required) Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Certifications in electrical, HVAC, or related trades Prior experience in manufacturing, facilities, or industrial maintenance environments Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $43.27 – $49.04, based on experience Weekly pay through Opti Staffing Group Health, dental, and vision insurance options available Opportunities for growth and direct hire conversion #J-18808-Ljbffr
