Residential Counselor: Help Adults Live Independently
The Bridge of Central Massachusetts
The Bridge of Central Massachusetts is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals with developmental disabilities in living independently. This role involves implementing evidence-based care within a group living environment, promoting individual health and safety, and facilitating community integration. In addition to providing assistance with daily living, you'll develop personalized treatment plans and be a strong advocate for the individuals served.
