Staff ML Software Engineer

Salary: $140,000 - 293,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics; or 6 years of experience with a masters degree; or a PhD plus 3 years of experience, with equivalent experience accepted in place of a degree.
• We need strong expertise in Python and modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Triton.
• We require experience with AWS SageMaker or similar cloud-based machine learning platforms.
• We expect solid knowledge of software design, data structures, algorithms, and core computer science principles.
• We need experience designing, building, and operating scalable, dependable software systems or platforms.
• We look for demonstrated ownership and accountability for technical results and system quality.
• We require excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to influence technical direction across teams.

• We lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of complex systems, frameworks, or platforms.
• We make technical decisions that balance near-term delivery with long-term maintainability and scalability.
• We architect new solutions, assess trade-offs, and validate ideas through prototyping, experimentation, or refinement of existing systems.
• We take part in and shape code and design reviews across teams to maintain high engineering standards.
• We identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and scalability, and we drive enhancements to existing systems.
• We mentor and support other engineers, helping strengthen technical growth and best practices across teams.
• We communicate clearly with engineers, product managers, and other business partners to align on technical direction and execution.
