Are you an entrepreneurial professional ready to build a business of your own?
Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated individual to develop and operate an insurance agency serving Pooler and the surrounding community. With direct mentorship from District Manager Richard Rappa and hands-on support from the Rappa District Office, you’ll have the tools, training, and guidance to turn your leadership and sales ability into a growing business.
This is an agency ownership opportunity not a traditional salaried position.
What You’ll Gain

- Enhanced compensation with a 340% multiplier on top of standard commissions
- Up to $500 per month in marketing support
- Direct mentorship and ongoing District Office support
- Monday–Friday business schedule
- Opportunity to build a team and long-term book of business
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Build a pipeline through networking, referrals, marketing, and community involvement
- Identify client needs and recommend Property Casualty and Life insurance solutions
- Generate new business and develop lasting client relationships
- Establish and work toward production and agency-growth goals
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team as the agency expands
- Build relationships with local businesses and community leaders
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates with Georgia Property Casualty and Life Health licenses or a willingness to obtain them
- Entrepreneurs, business owners, and proven sales professionals
- Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated leaders
- Strong communicators and relationship builders
- Professionals comfortable taking ownership of business results
