\tStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments and all levels of the organization
\tCustomer-focused mindset with understanding of both seller and client perspectives

\tFamiliarity with sales processes, loyalty marketing, and/or hospitality sales preferred
\tRequirements:
\tPreferred 3+ years of experience in sales programs, loyalty marketing, sales operations, or related roles.
\tStrong project management and organizational skills.
\tExperience developing and delivering marketing campaigns.
\tProficient in using data and reporting to drive decision-making.
\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\tAbility to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
\tKnowledge of hospitality sales and loyalty programs preferred.
\tExperience with Salesforce and Jira highly preferred.
\tSkills:
\tRequirements: minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant work experience, proficient in Microsoft Office Applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc, Cvent Transient, Cvent, ZoomInfo, Zoom or other virtual training technology, basic SalesForce Lighting
