Project Delivery Business Leader (PDBL), the Technical Leader (TL) is accountable for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Roadways discipline within the Infrastructure BOU.The TL is a peer to Regional Delivery Leaders (RDLs), working collaboratively to ensure that technical excellence is embedded into project delivery, strategic pursuits, and business operations.The role connects technical communities of practice to project delivery, ensuring that the Excellence pillar—encompassing technical quality, digital innovation, HSSE, and disciplined execution—is consistently translated into strong project outcomes.Primary Focus Areas Technical Excellence and Quality LeadershipAdvance technical excellence across the discipline by defining, standardizing, and reinforcing technical practices:Establish and communicate discipline-specific technical standards aligned with regulations, industry best practices, and internal requirementsPromote consistent application of QA/QC processes, design standards, and technical review practices across projectsProvide technical oversight and guidance on complex or high-risk
