Providence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join our established, physician‑led dermatology group in the Portland, Oregon metro area. This position is based at PMG Reed’s Crossing Dermatology, located in Hillsboro—approximately 10 miles west of downtown Portland—and offers an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving practice with strong institutional support.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible FTE options: 0.75 FTE (3 days per week) or 1.0 FTE (4 days per week)
• 8.5 hours per day of patient care
• Physician‑designed schedule templates with meaningful autonomy
• 15‑minute visits for routine office appointments
• 30-45-60-minute procedure slots, based on physician preference
• Option to perform cosmetic dermatology
• Option to read some or all of your own dermatopathology
• On‑site Narrowband UVB phototherapy and photodynamic therapy
• New graduates and fellows welcome to apply

Compensation & Incentives:

• Guaranteed base salary of $450,000 annually (pro-rated for 0.75 FTE), plus a highly competitive production bonus paid biweekly and calculated on a rolling four-month wRVU average. At 1.0 FTE, the schedule includes 30 hours per week of patient contact time. Physicians benefit from exceptional earning potential, with many increasing total compensation by 75%+ after ramp-up and top performers exceeding $850K.
• Signing bonus of up to $50,000

• CME allowance of $6,000 plus 80 CME hours annually (1.0 FTE)
