Account Service Coordinator

Overview Account Service Coordinator Location: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. How You Will Make An Impact Interprets and supports plan benefit design. Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues. Make routine account visits. Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions, and on-site facility visits. Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary. Preferred Skills, Experience And Capabilities Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare or insurance, preferred. Strong knowledge of account structure, benefits design, and billing, preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, preferred. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, preferred. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team relationships, preferred. Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry trends, preferred.
