Account Service Coordinator

Location: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
• Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
• Make routine account visits.
• Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions, and on-site facility visits.

Minimum Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Preferred Skills, Experience And Capabilities

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare or insurance, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of account structure, benefits design, and billing, preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, preferred.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team relationships, preferred.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry trends, preferred.
