Plumbing Production Coordinator / Dispatcher

Overview Job Title: Office / Production Manager (Plumbing) Location: Elgin Pay Rate: 55K-75K based on experience Responsibilities Dispatch plumbing installation jobs and monitor progress to ensure timely completion Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for service technicians and installers Coordinate and lead team meetings to align priorities, communicate updates, and drive performance Collaborate with permitting and parts departments to ensure all job requirements are in place prior to production Work closely with office staff to maintain smooth workflow and resolve operational issues quickly Track job status and proactively address delays or scheduling conflicts Ensure accurate documentation and communication across all departments Support continuous improvement of processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services operations preferred Strong scheduling and dispatching experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/dispatching software Key Competencies Problem-solving and decision-making Attention to detail and accuracy Team coordination and leadership Adaptability and sense of urgency Customer-focused mindset Work Environment This position operates in an office environment with frequent communication with field staff and other departments.
