IT Solution Architect

Responsibilities Design and architect technical solutions, including integration of Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Lead end‑to‑end solution implementation: development, build, test, deployment, and delivery. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Develop detailed strategic plans and roadmaps that prioritize key programs and projects. Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and oversee data analysis, migration, and integration activities. Coordinate with vendors to implement third‑party solutions and assess integration feasibility. Guide and enforce enterprise design standards, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and cross‑team coordination. Architect secure, scalable APIs aligned with business needs. Use Visio to produce UML, BPMN, and data flow diagrams for system integration design. Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow change governance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. At least five years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in IT or a related occupation. Proven experience with Salesforce (or Microsoft Dynamics) CRM solutions. Strong modeling skills using UML, BPMN, and Visio. Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and continuous integration pipelines. Knowledge of enterprise security standards and regulatory compliance.
