Staff RN

Role: Staff RN in the Emergency Department Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse emergency patients from triage to discharge or admission. Perform rapid assessments, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and monitor patient conditions continuously. Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Document patient care accurately in the EHR, educate patients and families, and uphold safety and infection control standards. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical skills in emergency care, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of documentation, patient education, and safety protocols.
