Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Springfield is hiring a Server for a week that includes $2 off burgers on Tuesday, Working Women's Wednesday with $6 apps, and steak & chop night on Thursday, alongside the $5 for $5 Happy Hour, Monday–Friday 2–5pm.

What you'll do:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
• Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Promote events and specials through word of mouth or social media

What you'll need:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift
• Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
• Must meet Ohio requirements for serving alcohol
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• POS system fluency
