We are looking for a creative and organized Graphic Design and Customer Experience Specialist who enjoys combining graphic design, website updates, and customer support in a fast-paced, small-business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Canva.
Assist with website updates, product pricing and marketing content.
Help customers select promotional products that meet their needs and prepare quotes
Research product options through vendor resources
Process orders and support order fulfillment
Answer customer calls and assist with product inquiries
Achieve familiarity with company inventory
Qualifications
Experience with graphic design software (Illustrator (preferred), Photoshop and/or Canva.)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Preferred But Not Required
Experience with SAGE 50 Accounting software
Experience working with promotional products, or branded products
Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
