Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to support a customer lead and referral management pilot. This role combines customer service, sales support, outbound follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM administration.

The ideal candidate is a polished, professional communicator with a proven history of sales or customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer referrals and follow-ups accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls and assigned referrals.
• Contact customers to confirm their business needs.
• Manage and track customer leads throughout the pipeline.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and document contact attempts.
• Schedule calls and coordinate handoffs to dedicated sales consultants.
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes in CRM and referral systems.
• Track referral status and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collect required customer documentation and support the signing process.
• Coordinate with sales, underwriting, contract validation, and other internal teams.
• Support appointment scheduling and customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate reporting and status updates.
• Identify workflow issues and provide feedback to improve the pilot process.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions regarding customer interactions and process effectiveness.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent experience through work, training, education, or military service.
• Demonstrated sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a customer pipeline and perform consistent follow-up.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple applications.
• Stable employment history and demonstrated interest in a potential long-term opportunity.
