Trade & Sales Support Specialist

Hybrid/Remote | Dallas, TX (U.S.-Based) | Full-Time

About the Role

Symbiotic Services is seeking a Trade & Sales Support Specialist on behalf of our client, a growing company in the furniture and design industry.

This role will support the growth of the company’s Trade Program while helping deliver exceptional service to interior designers and trade partners. The ideal candidate will help generate new business, manage trade client relationships, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with trade clients and design professionals.
  

• Support outreach initiatives designed to grow the Trade Program.
  

• Manage communications for trade accounts and assist with quotes and special requests.
  

• Coordinate trade-specific order updates and assist with swatch and sample requests.
  

• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely follow-through.
  

• Help provide a high-quality client experience throughout the sales and post-sale process.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, trade sales support, trade account management, or e-commerce.
  

• Strong understanding of the furniture and design industry.
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  

• Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, and/or Monday.com.
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  

• Passion for design, furniture, and building strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

● 5+ years of experience in sales, trade sales support, trade account management, or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the furniture and design industry.
