Front Desk/Patient Coordinator

Oklahoma Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Front Desk Team Member for our Oklahoma City location. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a team based format and takes pride in helping patients navigate their dental benefits and treatment needs. As a privately owned practice, the owners is actively involved in the office and works alongside our team. We are not a corporate dental group, which means our focus remains on patient care, teamwork, and creating a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: Interacting with patients by phone and in person as primary task Reviewing and verifying treatment plans Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Calculating patient out-of-pocket estimates Checking patients in and out Answering phones and assisting patients Supporting the clinical and administrative team The ideal candidate will be: Dental office experience Knowledgeable in dental insurance and treatment planning Kind, professional, and patient-focused A problem solver with strong attention to detail A team player willing to jump in wherever needed to help the office succeed Why work with us?
