Project Estimator

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable SIP Estimator to join our small business team. In this role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and light commercial construction projects, review plans and job specifications, and help us submit competitive bids.

· Perform quantity takeoffs for panelized materials needed for projects.

· Prepare bid proposals, estimate summaries to give to customers.

· Work with sales and our CAD Designers to create production orders from closed jobs.

· Maintain pricing information and historical job cost records.

· Work with CAD Designers, sales and shop labor crew to be help facilitate jobs thru the process of manufacturing and production.

This position is based in a small business environment where team members often wear multiple hats. It will require in office attendance. Don’t bother if you’re looking for virtual work. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, staying flexible, and helping the team wherever needed to keep projects moving. This is an entry level opportunity with our small and growing business.
