Senior Onboarding Operations Specialist

Travel to advisor offices to deliver hands‑on operational training and ongoing support Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding engagements Address operational and account setup questions Lead training sessions on Advisor Complete℠, onboarding workflows, and documentation requirements Troubleshoot operational issues and provide real‑time solutions Escalate complex matters as necessary Process new accounts, incoming transfers, and direct rollovers Set up account features such as SWPs, PIPs, and check writing Review and validate paperwork for accuracy and completeness Collaborate with Sales Supervision, Trading, and Cashiering to ensure smooth account processing Maintain accurate client records in Laserfiche and other systems Respond to advisor inquiries by phone and email regarding account and transfer statuses Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and contribute to firm best practices Requirements Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision High school diploma or equivalent required College degree in a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding roles Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in client onboarding processes and operational training within financial services, ensuring accuracy in account setup and effective communication with advisors.
