Learn more about the team and the work you can do at Who You Are You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience with the following: Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required); Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law; Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required); Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery; Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews; Managing e‑discovery. You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team‑oriented attitude. You are an active member of the California, New York, or Washington State Bar.
