Senior Product Manager - PLG & Commerce

Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs the Product Manager for the commerce platform, you will identify opportunities, develop the product roadmap and deliver the capabilities to drive customer satisfaction and maximize revenue generation opportunities. This role must be able to discover and analyze customer pain points, opportunities, and synthesize them into clear product requirements and roadmaps. You will be responsible for developing the product strategy and a product roadmap that extends across multiple surfaces in the commerce space. You'll shape Docusign's commerce platform and develop capabilities that will drive the next chapter of growth for Docusign with focus on how our customers try our products, buy our products, and manage their subscriptions with Docusign.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management, Commerce Platform.ResponsibilityDefine commerce capabilities that enable customers to self-serve, try, buy, and manage their subscriptionDrive new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across all commerce channelsDevelop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and OKRSPrioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and available resourcesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize featuresDocument clear requirements and use cases to be passed on to UX and Engineering teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and enhancementsUse a combination of qualitative and quantitative data insights, as well as industry best practices to prioritize opportunities across Docusign's customer journeyUtilize data analytics and metrics to assess product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsMonitor KPIs related to revenue, conversion, and other relevant metricsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
