Food & Beverage - Senior Barista/Barista, A-OK Café (Front of House)

THE TEAM The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to surprise and delight our guests with Everyday Luxury food and beverage experiences, building loyalty with existing clients and employees while attracting new ones. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is expanding. This role is a unique opportunity to help curate and deliver a world‑class Café program to Aritzia clients, supporting extraordinary client experiences by creating world‑class beverages, managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE As the Senior Barista/Barista, you will lead the team to: Connect with guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience from welcome to departure. Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience that is timely and seamless. Deliver guests a best‑in‑class beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience. Deliver a seamless and operationally invisible experience. THE QUALIFICATIONS Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage. Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles. Ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners. Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business. Ability to commit to a minimum 24 hrs/week availability during Café Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday from 10am – 6pm. THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $25 - $30 USD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
