Treasury Management Officer

A well-established community bank with a strong commitment to relationship banking is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to support continued growth across its commercial banking division. The Treasury Management Officer will be responsible for developing new business relationships, expanding existing client partnerships, and delivering customized treasury management solutions that drive deposit growth and fee income. This individual will work closely with commercial lenders and other internal partners to provide consultative cash management services while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Develop new treasury management relationships through business development, referrals, and prospecting efforts Partner with commercial lenders and banking teams to identify treasury management opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships Conduct consultative sales presentations to recommend treasury management products and services tailored to client needs Prepare customized proposals and comparative analyses for prospective clients Coordinate with implementation and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience Follow up after implementation to ensure client satisfaction and maximize product utilization Meet established deposit growth, fee income, and sales production goals Maintain an active sales pipeline and document business development activities through CRMRespond promptly to client inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service Cross-sell additional banking products and services in collaboration with other business lines Participate in community, networking, and professional organizations to strengthen business relationships and referral opportunities Stay current on treasury management products, technology, industry trends, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of banking experience At least 2 years of treasury management experience in sales, implementation, onboarding, or a related capacity Demonstrated success in business development and relationship management Strong knowledge of treasury management products, cash management solutions, and banking operations Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Willingness to travel locally throughout the market with occasional overnight travel as needed This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated treasury management professional looking to join a respected community bank that values relationship banking, professional development, and long-term career growth.
