Immigration Legal Assistant/Paralegal (Employment-Based)

Job Description

Quan Law Group, PLLC is looking for an experienced Employment Based Immigration Legal Assistant/Paralegal . Duties include but not limited to client interaction, legal case management with administrative support, and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess high values in professionalism, accountability, and demonstrate reliability. Specific areas of focus include, employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions, immigrant petitions (EB1/2/3), and/or labor certification/PERM .

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in Employment-Based immigration
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in legal terminology and immigration database software is a plus

Qualifications:

Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong typing skills demonstrating speed and accuracy
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Exceptional recordkeeping
Strict confidentiality of client information
Prioritize work, multi-task and accomplish deadlines
Work effectively in a cultural and educational diverse environment
