More about our team Join our team in a 28‑bed Medical Surgical Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. With a 6:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio, you will assess patient needs, administer treatments and ensure patient comfort and safety. What we're looking for Applicants must hold a current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: AHA Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. AHA ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
