This position will be mainly working with Engineers, Manufacturing (components, assemblies and quality) teams, Planning and Procurement teams, and cost accounting teamResearching, analyzing, modeling and organizing information for developing requirementsDecomposing high-level information and abstracting up from low-level information and to distinguish solution ideas from business needsFacilitating requirements validation sessions and presenting findings to client management and other stakeholdersCollaborating to resolve requirements conflicts between stakeholdersResearching, documenting, and validating current and future state processes and designs (functional and technical)Helping to define best approaches, alternatives, and decision frameworks for alternative business solutions analysesSkills/Experiences Needed as a Senior ERP Business Analyst, Manufacturing & Planning:Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CS, Business Operations, or a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated SDLC experience with full lifecycle IT projects, including waterfall and agile projectsMinimum 5+ Years hands on experience with ERP systems in a discrete manufacturing environmentDirect, hands-on fundamental understanding of key operational concepts in a MFG environment such as:Multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs)RoutersProduct Information Management (PIM)Knowledge of constraint-based planning approachesDemand and Inventory PlanningManufacturing Execution, and associated quality, cost accounting and material handlingExperience managing software vendor service requests & production support issue escalationAdvanced knowledge of Visio, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft O365 toolsPreferred Skills:Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP, preferably with BOM, PIM, WIP & Inventory/WMS modulesExperience with Demand, Inventory and Supply Planning software such as Logility, Kinaxis or Oracle ASCPOracle SQL & PL/SQL in an E-Business Suite environmentMicrosoft Power BI reportingExperience with Integration tools such as Jitterbit, Mulesoft, Boomi, or other similar technologiesJira & Confluence for service desk, issue, and project managementAPICS, CPIM, PMP, ITIL or other relevant certifications are a strong plusWork Environment for a Senior ERP Business Analyst, Manufacturing & Planning:Work is performed in a standard office environment with regular exposure to the manufacturing environment; may be required to lift/move computer equipment (~25 lbs.).For details on positions and to apply, go to: Leupold & Stevens, Inc.14400 NW Greenbrier ParkwayBeaverton, Oregon 97006* A core business objective at Leupold & Stevens is to maintain a workplace in which each employee can achieve their full potential.
