Compensation: $36.00–$49.16 per hour

Gross Earnings: $432.00–$589.92 for a 12-Hour Shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime compensated as per applicable laws)

Key Responsibilities:

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, patient-focused perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process while working closely with the interdisciplinary team.

• Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and react to clinical changes.
• Maintain a safe, sterile environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee and assist OR Technicians and support staff.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and unit projects.
• Facilitate efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it.
• Current PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it.
• At least one year of prior perioperative experience or on-the-job training.
• CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Compensation Transparency:

We offer competitive pay, with an estimated hourly rate ranging from $36.00 to $49.16. The exact compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skills, relevant experience, education, and licensure.
