About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its private equity division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating potential opportunities to leading the execution of transactions and managing the resulting portfolio. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include identifying and assessing investment prospects within targeted industries, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and preparing comprehensive investment recommendations. The role also involves supporting the execution of deals, engaging in negotiations, and working closely with portfolio company management to drive operational and strategic initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a background of 5-10+ years in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a related investment role. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record in managing multiple transactions in a dynamic environment. An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to value creation are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
