About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Corporate Development to take the lead in M&A execution and support sourcing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire deal process, from start to finish, and will work closely with the president and sponsor to scale the platform. This role requires a professional with a strong background in M&A or corporate development, excellent financial and analytical skills, and a proven track record in managing complex transactions. Building and maintaining relationships with business owners and key stakeholders is also a critical aspect of the position. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Development role at the company should have a background that demonstrates their ability to own and drive the deal process. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, negotiating, and closing M&A transactions, as well as a deep understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of such deals.
