Operations Associate - NorthPark

The Operations Associate supports store sales goals by accurately processing inventory and stock transactions and maintaining an organized stockroom at the Dallas NorthPark location. This role handles replenishment, cycle counts, shipping and receiving, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies while supporting the sales team. The position is physically active and requires standing, lifting, and routine movement throughout the day. Responsibilities Process all inventory and stock transactions accurately and in a timely manner Maintain store replenishment and ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor per company standards Complete weekly cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and submit adjustments Process incoming and outgoing shipments via store systems and FedEx/UPS; verify receipt within 24 hours Monitor consignment and negative reports and follow up on unresolved issues with IT and corporate as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible stockroom and follow opening/closing procedures Support and train newly acquired staff on policies, procedures, and job requirements Requirements Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude Preferred 3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and experience with store inventory systems Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and repetitively lift up to 70 lbs Ability to climb stairs and ladders and possess required vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception) #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
