Applied AI Engineer

Working fully remote, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will design, prototype, and operationalize AI and analytics solutions to automate workflows and improve decision-making, while collaborating with operational leaders and data engineering teams to deliver measurable business value. Key responsibilities Design and build applied AI and machine learning solutions to address operational challenges Independently create end-to-end proofs of concept to validate AI and analytics ideas Collaborate with data engineering to scale and operationalize successful AI solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 4-7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in building and deploying AI solutions Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in writing maintainable code Hands-on experience in building applied AI or ML solutions, including predictive models and NLP applications Demonstrated ability to independently create end-to-end proofs of concept, including data wrangling and modeling
