Senior Embedded Linux Engineer

To support the development of advanced maritime intelligence systems, the full-time Senior Embedded Linux Engineer will build and maintain the embedded Linux platform for the SmartMast system, integrating various sensors and ensuring reliable data connectivity in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and improve the embedded Linux software stack on Jetson Orin NX and AAEON hardware Build and integrate ROS2 nodes for multi-sensor orchestration, including cameras, radar, and GPS Design and maintain OTA software and firmware update pipelines for a globally distributed fleet Required Qualifications 5+ years of embedded Linux or platform software engineering experience on production systems Strong command of C++ and Python, with deep familiarity with Linux internals Hands-on experience with the Yocto Project for creating custom embedded Linux distributions Experience with ROS or ROS2 for sensor integration in robotic systems Familiarity with NVIDIA Jetson platforms and experience with AI inference optimization using TensorRT and CUDA
