• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teams and families.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs and areas for growth.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP requirements.
• Deliver direct OT services to middle and high school students.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student access to education.
• Maintain documentation that accurately tracks intervention, progress, and compliance.
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
