Key Qualifications:

• Holds an active state Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Brings experience working with middle and/or high school-aged students (preferred).
• Skilled at conducting evaluations, crafting targeted IEP goals, and delivering direct therapy.
• Communicates effectively with a multidisciplinary team and is committed to supporting student growth.
• Adapts well to changing caseloads and school environments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in middle and high school.
• Administer comprehensive assessments to identify students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive needs.
• Develop and implement relevant therapeutic strategies aligned with individualized IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and document all required information in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to foster a supportive educational environment.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute professional input, and adjust therapy interventions to address evolving student needs.
