NURSERY WORKER

Help us provide a safe, caring environment for Riverdale's youngest children. Riverdale Presbyterian Church is seeking a caring and dependable Nursery Worker to provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children ages 0-3 during Sunday School and worship. KEY RESPONSIBILIES Provide safe, attentive, and age-appropriate care for children ages 0-3 Engage children through play, stories, games, and prayer Assist with feeding, diaper changes, bathroom needs, and naps as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment Ensure children are released only to an approved parent or responsible adult Communicate with parents, volunteers, and church staff as needed Provide advance notice of absences or lateness whenever possible QUALIFICATIONS At least 18 years old and a high school graduate At least two years of experience caring for children ages 0-3 Background clearances required ; Riverdale can assist with obtaining them Friendly, dependable, patient, and comfortable caring for young children Preferred: CPR certification and knowledge of child development #J-18808-Ljbffr
