Zinda Operating Group is hiring a Director of Performance Marketing & Growth to own paid acquisition for our flagship client, a real business with significant marketing spend. This hands-on role requires you to be in the data, in the numbers, and building the playbook for expansion beyond one account. You will lead Google Search/PPC, manage CPA and ROAS, and drive scalable growth using AI and automation before expanding headcount or agencies.
