The Front Office Manager at our physical therapy clinic plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing patient reception, appointment scheduling, and insurance processing. This position requires a professional with strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and health claim forms. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, a pleasant demeanor, patience with clients, and excellent communication abilities while maintaining compliance with clinic protocols. The role reports directly to both the Clinic Director and the Physical Therapist Lead and involves moderate patient interaction.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage patient reception and ensure a welcoming front office environment
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• Process insurance claims and manage health claim forms accurately
• Maintain and organize medical records and data entry tasks
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
• Support billing processes and ensure timely claim submissions
• Monitor office compliance with clinic policies and regulations
• Maintain office organization and assist with general administrative duties

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical therapy office work

 

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
