Position Overview

We are in search of a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist ready to join our dynamic imaging team, committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Execute diverse ultrasound examinations, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Guarantee patient safety and comfort during examinations, clearly explaining each phase with kindness and care
• Work in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver superior quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Thoroughly document procedures and maintain patient information in the electronic medical record system
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Skills Needed

• Strong technical knowledge in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
