Position Overview

We're on the lookout for an empathetic and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our passionate team of imaging experts. Responsibilities Include

• Conduct a wide range of ultrasound examinations, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Promote patient comfort and safety through clear explanations and compassionate support during procedures
• Work hand-in-hand with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality diagnostic output
• Utilize and maintain imaging equipment proficiently, timely reporting any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately while maintaining detailed patient records within our electronic medical systems
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Needed

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

• Strong proficiency in sonographic imaging techniques and appropriate patient setups
