Seamstress – Office Chair & Backpack Manufacturing
Location: Buena Park, CA (On-site)Pay: $18.50/hr
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri) + weekends & overtime required
Type: Contract (Kimco Staffing)
Kimco Staffing is partnering with a company in Buena Park to hire an Upholstery Seamstress to support high-quality production of office chairs and backpacks. If you have sewing experience and enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work, this is a steady opportunity with room to grow.
What you’ll do
- Sew and assemble upholstery components used in office chairs and backpacks
- Use sewing equipment and work with various materials (fabric, vinyl, leather, and related components)
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and production deadlines
- Use basic hand tools as needed for assembly/finishing
- Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment (upholstery/sewing preferred)
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing repetitive production tasks
- Ability to work weekends and overtime (required)
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to provide valid documentation for E-Verify (work authorization)
