We are looking for a dependable and motivated **Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our accounting department!**Key Responsibilities*** Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.* Match invoices to purchase orders, repair orders, and supporting documentation.* Verify invoice coding, approvals, and appropriate general ledger accounts.* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.* Prepare and process payments in accordance with company procedures.* Maintain accurate records and organized accounts payable files.* Communicate with vendors and dealership departments to resolve questions and discrepancies.* Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as needed.## Qualifications* Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred.* Automotive dealership experience is a plus.* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.* Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger coding.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.* Professional communication and problem-solving skills.* CDK DMS experience is a plus.**What We Offer*** Competitive compensation based on experience.* A supportive, team-oriented work environment.* The opportunity to be part of an established automotive organization that values its employees.**Interested in joining our team?**If you are ready to bring your accounting skills and positive attitude to a growing automotive organization, we encourage you to apply!*We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome qualified applicants.*
