Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Maintenance-Janitor in Lapeer . Our client is a machine shop . The Maintenance-Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of facility. Responsibilities of a Maintenance-Janitor includes: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Cleaning of Bathrooms twice daily Maintaining and cleaning lunchroom Remove Trash in production and pack area Check and refill supplies as needed Mop Buckets: change water as needed. Run Floor sweeper Run Floor scrubber Job Requirements of a Maintenance-Janitor: Competency : Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
