Description PT Shift Manager and Catering Driver Must be 21 YO This position is a PT position and requires some flexibility. Now hiring for supervisory position at Moe's Southwest Grill. The perfect candidate would have some previous restaurant experience. You must be 21 to drive our company vehicle and deliver catering. The catering aspect is very rewarding and adds delivery fees and tips that can significantly increase your earnings. The ideal Shift Manager is a confident decision-maker who is ready to learn. He or she has experience in fast food and/or restaurant work and is an excellent communicator—both in written form and verbally. The Shift Supervisor is willing to lead a team during each shift and help train team members. As the Shift Manager, you'll enjoy plenty of work-related perks such as company benefits if qualified, provided uniforms, meal discounts, and advancement opportunities. Position Requirements Shift Manager must be at least 18 years old. Catering Driver must be 21 years old and have a current TN Driver License. Previous experience is required to earn top pay. This position requires high energy and people skills. Must pass a background and a drug test. Responsibilities Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures Manage food and labor costs Execute company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels Provide proper training for team members Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations Report directly to the Assistant Managers and General Manager The Shift Manager will maintain a professional appearance while providing excellent customer service with the Moe's fast food restaurant team. Location: Moe's Mount Julliet Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Full-Time and/or Part-Time) Shift: Various Shifts Pay Range: Hourly Pay + Tips range is $15- $18 (Tips range $3-$5 more per hour).
