Job Summary

We are hiring an Operations Associate to support daily business operations across departments. You'll assist with process coordination, data tracking, and general operational support to help the team run efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks across departments
• Track and report on key operational metrics
• Assist with process documentation and improvement efforts
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate operational records and data
• Support special projects as assigned
• Assist with scheduling and logistics coordination

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills across departments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
