Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Tuesday through Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Call required: 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a main operating room environment
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including orthopedic, trauma, general, gynecology, urology, ENT, plastics, pain management, ophthalmology, neuro/spine, and vascular procedures
• Assist with robotic-assisted surgical cases utilizing the Xi robotic system
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekday and weekend call rotations
• Accurately document patient care activities using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience; 3+ years strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Operating room clinical experience across multiple surgical specialties

Preferred Experience / Skills

• More than 3 years of operating room nursing experience
• Experience with Xi robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
