Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting individuals and families within the hospice environment, addressing their mental health needs, emotional distress, and psychosocial challenges that arise during end-of-life care. You will engage with a diverse clientele, many of whom may be dealing with complex grief, anxiety about the dying process, and family dynamics related to caregiving.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
